Tania entered the real estate industry in 1993 and began specializing in land in 2003. She has brokered over 2,100 acres of totaling more than $215 million. Tania was given charge over a spectrum assignments including land acquisitions for major development projects, site selection, land owner representation, trends, land economic issues and strategic guidance in a variety of locations including Las Vegas, Pahrump, Mesquite and the high desert counties of California. She worked hand-in-hand with a team of in-house planners, zoning attorneys and engineers to ensure the maximum value is being realized on all properties she represents.
Having originally entered the real estate arena through the mortgage industry and then becoming a nationally recognized mortgage broker, Tania brought her extensive knowledge of the banking maze and nearly two decades of experience in real estate negotiations into the commercial and residential short sale market. In addition to traditional real estate brokerage, Ms. Michaels negotiates short sales on commercial and residential properties for sellers who have real hardships.
